The chart
June 22, 2026 is the day we took over Terry's profile. Everything left of that date is what 21 years of recruiting looked like on LinkedIn without a system: comments, no original posts, near-zero reach.
Everything right of it is the same recruiter, the same desk, the same placements, with the GLD playbook running on it. Terry approved every post. He spent about five minutes a week.
Day zero, June 15, 2026
We audit every profile before we touch it. Terry's came back a D, which is where most working recruiters sit. Not because they are bad at the job. Because the profile was set up once in 2004 and never asked to do any work.
The playbook
Five headline options, a new About, Experience rewritten, a Featured plan, a custom banner, a new headshot, and a recommendation ask. Network notifications off so it did not look like a relaunch. It just looked right.
The searches he runs, the candidates he places, the conversations he has with owners. No stock advice. Superintendent interviews, per diem, salary reality, the cost of an empty seat.
Written, designed, scheduled and posted by us. Every post hit Terry's inbox first. One tap to approve.
Sixteen packets between June 30 and September 1: where to show up and what to say. From August 3, replies to comments and DMs ran under a reply matrix Terry approved by email, so the reach compounded between posts instead of resetting.
Timeline
In his words
"You and GLD blew it away with this one. The first one has 223,000 and this one has 220,000 since Friday."
Terry Crawford, Superior Solutions · August 31, 2026
"You and GLD knocked it out of the park on these engagements."
Terry Crawford, Superior Solutions · September 3, 2026
"My LinkedIn was hardly getting replies from all of the InMails I was sending out when we first started, and now it has exploded. I have candidates wanting to connect and sending me resumes unlike I have ever seen. So many connections are coming in with resumes that I have to work seven days a week just to keep up, on top of running a full cycle recruiting desk. There is no way anyone could operate their LinkedIn themselves the way Grade Line Digital has done for mine and still fill job orders and make placements. I have received more recognition than I could ever imagine. When we first started I told Ed there is no way Grade Line Digital will do what you are saying, and was I wrong! If you have not tried GLD you have no idea what you are missing and how much money you are losing."

Why it worked
Every post was about the exact people Terry places and the exact problems his clients have. That is who showed up in the comments.
Ten weeks of posts he never had to write. Terry never opened a blank page. He approved and went back to the phones.
Salary shock. Per diem. What an empty seat costs a contractor by the week. True, specific, a little uncomfortable. That is what travels.
